UI/UX Designer

Job Overview We’re looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our Bangalore team on a full-time, in-office basis In this role, you’ll drive engaging and user-centered designs that improve usability and enhance user satisfaction, working closely with cross-functional teams throughout the design process

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to gather insights that help shape design requirements and identify user pain points
• Create wireframes and low-to-medium fidelity prototypes to visualize and test design ideas with users and stakeholders
• Develop visually compelling user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and ensure a seamless user experience
• Collaborate with fellow designers to ensure consistency and effective communication across projects
• Refine designs based on feedback and evolving customer needs, making adjustments for optimal usability
• Keep updated on the latest UI/UX best practices and industry trends to maintain relevance
• Partner with product managers, developers, and other teams to deliver designs that prioritize both user needs and business goals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3-4+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a portfolio showcasing relevant projects
• Skilled in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and basic accessibility practices
• Ability to create effective wireframes and prototypes to validate design concepts
• Familiarity with responsive design for various screen sizes
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Adaptable in a fast-paced work environment with evolving project requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
• Experience with design systems Background in eCommerce, SaaS, or digital product design
