About the Role We are looking for a creative, user-focused, and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, modern UI trends, usability standards, and responsive digital experiences. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing applications across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities User Research

• Conduct user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and feedback analysis to understand user behavior, expectations, and pain points.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and user flow diagrams to improve user experience and engagement.

UX Design

• Create information architecture, wireframes, low-fidelity concepts, and detailed design specifications.
• Design seamless and intuitive user experiences aligned with business and customer needs.
• Ensure designs follow usability best practices, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design principles.

UI Design

• Design visually compelling user interfaces with strong attention to typography, color theory, spacing, layout hierarchy, and interaction patterns.
• Create consistent design systems, reusable UI components, and branding guidelines.
• Optimize interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile responsiveness.

Prototyping & Testing

• Build interactive and clickable prototypes to validate concepts and user flows.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and business inputs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with product managers, business teams, and front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Participate in product discussions, sprint planning, and Agile development activities.
• Support developers with design clarifications and implementation guidance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design for web and/or mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design projects and modern interface designs.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Deep understanding of UX methodologies, usability principles, and interaction design.
• Strong knowledge of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and modern UI trends.
• Solid foundation in visual design, color theory, typography, and layout hierarchy.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and frontend technologies will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, or digital products.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Understanding of user analytics and behavior tracking tools.
