Role Description - As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing user-friendly and visually appealing digital experiences. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs, create intuitive designs, and improve the overall user experience across web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities -
- Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes for web and mobile applications.
- Design clean, modern, and user-friendly interfaces using Figma.
- Conduct basic user research to understand user behavior and requirements.
- Collaborate with developers and other team members to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
- Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate user journeys and design concepts.
- Improve existing designs based on user feedback and business requirements.
- Maintain consistency across products by following design systems and brand guidelines.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for product improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
- Manage multiple design tasks while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Qualification -
- 1–1.5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Figma for UI design, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Good understanding of user-centered design principles and usability standards.
- Experience creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Basic knowledge of UX research methods and user journey mapping.
- Understanding of responsive design for web and mobile platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and a good sense of visual design.
- Ability to understand requirements and convert them into effective design solutions.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- A portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and design work is preferred.
