Role Description This is a full-time, on-site UI UX Designer role based in Guna. The UI UX Designer will translate business and customer requirements into intuitive, visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile experiences. Responsibilities include conducting user research, creating user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, and collaborating closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams. The designer will develop and maintain design systems, ensure consistency across touchpoints, and refine interfaces based on user testing and feedback. The role also involves working with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and delivering high-quality assets and specifications.
Qualifications
- Strong User Experience (UX) skills, including user research, journey mapping, and information architecture.
- Proficiency in User Interface Design and Visual Design, with the ability to create clean, modern, and accessible interfaces.
- Experience creating Mockups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using industry-standard design tools.
- Basic understanding of Front-End Development concepts (HTML, CSS, responsive design) to collaborate effectively with engineers.
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work, from discovery through delivery.
- Ability to work on-site in Guna, collaborate cross-functionally, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience); experience in e-commerce, consumer apps, or subscription services is a plus.
