Role Overview
We're looking for a UI Designer who pairs a strong aesthetic eye with system-level thinking. You'll shape the screens, components, and interactions of Ithi's web and iOS-first mobile apps — a cinematic product where every detail carries feeling. Someone who builds with consistency, cares about the small moments, and knows that how an interface moves
matters as much as how it looks.
Key Responsibilities
– Design screens and flows for Ithi's web and mobile apps, from wireframes to high-fidelity UI.
– Build, maintain, and extend the Ithi design system — tokens, components, variants, and documentation.
– Design micro-interactions, transitions, and interface states that make the product feel alive.
– Prepare clean, developer-ready handoff in Figma and work closely with engineers through build.
– Collaborate with the design and product teams to keep one consistent visual voice across platforms.
Most Important Skills
– 1–2 years of experience designing UI for web and/or mobile products.
– Strong design system skills: variables, tokens, auto layout, component variants, and naming in Figma.
– Micro-interactions and prototyping — Figma prototyping and Smart Animate; ProtoPie or Rive a plus.
– A strong aesthetic sense: typography, colour, spacing, hierarchy, and composition.
– Working knowledge of iOS Human Interface Guidelines, responsive layouts, and accessibility basics.
– A strong portfolio showing end-to-end product UI work and design system thinking.
Nice to Have
– Experience designing dark-mode or media-rich interfaces.
– Basic motion skills in After Effects or Lottie, or a working understanding of HTML/CSS.
– An appreciation for cinema, storytelling, and artistic collaboration.
