ABOUT THE ROLE
Join us as a UI/UX Designer in Gurgaon. Full-Time, On-Site, immediate joining. Design user interfaces and experiences using Figma while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless digital products.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design intuitive user interfaces using Figma.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to turn requirements into design solutions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing.
- Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
- Ensure designs follow brand guidelines and improve user experience.
- Stay current with UI/UX trends and best practices.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of proven UI/UX design experience with Figma.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
- Proficiency in design tools.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
