UI/UX Designer

Company Description Wixkraft Studio© is a multidisciplinary creative studio building brands and digital experiences with purpose. We work across brand identity, packaging, eCommerce, UI/UX, 3D and motion, combining creative thinking with design and technology to help brands grow.

Role Description We're looking for a UI/UX Designer who can turn complex ideas into intuitive, engaging and visually strong digital experiences.

• Execute UI/UX projects from research and concept to final design and handoff.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Design responsive digital experiences across websites, eCommerce platforms and applications.
• Develop thoughtful design systems and maintain consistency across digital touchpoints.
• Work closely with developers, brand designers, strategists and clients.
• Present design concepts and clearly communicate the thinking behind your decisions.
• Conduct user and competitor research to inform design direction.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback, client inputs and project requirements.
• Ensure designs balance user experience, aesthetics and business objectives.
• Contribute to improving design processes and mentor junior designers where required.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and timelines.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi-Mumbai.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX or Product Design, preferably in an agency or studio environment.
• Strong Visual Design skills with a focus on brand-aligned aesthetics, layout and polished, production-ready interfaces.
• Proficiency in creating wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes, particularly in Figma.
• Deep understanding of UX, including user research, personas, user flows, information architecture and usability testing.
• Advanced UI Design skills, including design systems, component libraries, responsive design and accessibility best practices.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and basic JavaScript to collaborate effectively with developers and create technically feasible designs.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end UI/UX projects for websites, eCommerce platforms or digital products.
• Experience with performance-focused design, analytics-informed iteration and conversion optimisation is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in Figma, Webflow, Photoshop and Illustrator. Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows is a plus.
• Strong communication, collaboration and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions to clients and cross-functional teams.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful UX thinking, strong visual execution and end-to-end digital projects.
• Relevant degree in Design, HCI, Visual Communication or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
