UI/UX Designer

Summary

Qtonix Software, a CMMI Level 3 and ISO-certified leader in digital marketing, web development, and mobile app solutions, is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing seamless and engaging digital experiences that align with the brand and meet user needs, with a strong command over layout design, wireframing, visual design principles, and modern design tools.

• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Apply principles of layout mastery, visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory to create clean, visually appealing designs.
• Conduct user research and translate insights into design solutions.
• Design responsive interfaces that work across different devices and screen sizes.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
• Deliver design assets, guidelines, and documentation to ensure smooth implementation.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and give/receive constructive feedback.

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of design principles such as layout, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools.
• Experience in responsive design across web and mobile platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design and user research methodologies.
• Ability to balance user needs with business goals.
• Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design systems.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.
• Knowledge of interaction design and accessibility best practices.
