About this role
- Design end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile applications.
- Translate business requirements and user needs into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Create interactive prototypes for usability testing and stakeholder presentations.
- Develop and maintain reusable UI components and contribute to design systems.
- Work on information architecture, navigation, interaction patterns, and responsive layouts.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation when required.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Prepare detailed design specifications and ensure smooth developer handoff.
- Review implemented designs and work with developers to maintain visual and functional consistency.
- Apply accessibility and usability principles, including WCAG guidelines.
- Iterate designs based on user feedback, testing results, and stakeholder requirements.
- Maintain consistency across multiple screens, modules, and product experiences.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX, Product Design, or Experience Design.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe XD.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for visual and graphic design requirements.
- Good working knowledge of HTML and CSS and understanding of how designs translate into frontend development.
- Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, Filmora and Lottie/JSON is a plus.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design.
- Experience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Strong knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design.
- Understanding of information architecture and usability principles.
- Experience working with design systems and reusable components.
- Good understanding of accessibility standards such as WCAG.
- Strong understanding of typography, spacing, grids, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to work with developers and understand technical constraints.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple design tasks and work within project timelines.
- Experience designing enterprise SaaS, B2B, fintech, AI/GenAI, dashboards, or data-heavy applications.
- Experience with motion design and micro-interactions.
- Understanding of data visualization and complex dashboard design.
- Experience working in Agile / Lean UX environments.
- Basic understanding of frontend development workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and visual consistency.
- User-focused and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to turn complex requirements into simple, intuitive experiences.
- Strong understanding of UI design principles and design systems.
- Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
