UI / UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts.
• Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to identify user needs.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Business teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components.
• Ensure consistency across all digital products and platforms.
• Optimize designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights.
• Work closely with developers during implementation to ensure design accuracy.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and best practices.
• Ensure designs meet accessibility and responsive design standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 12 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Experience in NBFC, Fintech, Banking, or Financial Services is preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile application design.
• Experience designing dashboards, customer journeys, and digital financial products is a plus.
