- Contribute to and evolve Trovex's design system and reusable component library. User Experience & Research
- Understand user needs through customer conversations, user feedback, product analytics, and usability testing.
- Identify friction points and opportunities to improve the product experience.
- Create prototypes to validate ideas and interactions before development.
- Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and product performance. Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Communicate design decisions clearly and explain the reasoning behind them.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and consistently.
- Review implemented experiences and identify gaps between design and the final product.
- Participate in product discussions and contribute ideas beyond the visual design layer. What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of professional experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating
real-world product design , preferably B2B SaaS, enterprise software, dashboards, or data-heavy products.
- Excellent proficiency in
Figma and modern product-design workflows.
- Strong understanding of user flows, wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, and visual design.
- Excellent eye for
layout, typography, spacing, hierarchy, and visual aesthetics .
- Experience designing responsive web applications and complex SaaS interfaces.
- Understanding of design systems, reusable components, and design consistency.
- Ability to balance
user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints .
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities can evolve quickly.
- Ability to take ownership of a problem and drive the design process from
problem definition → exploration → design → validation → implementation . Good to Have
- Experience designing
AI-powered products or AI-native interfaces .
- Experience with analytics dashboards, reporting platforms, learning platforms, or enterprise applications.
- Basic understanding of
HTML/CSS/JavaScript and how web applications are built.
- Experience working with design systems and component libraries.
- Experience conducting user interviews and usability testing.
- Familiarity with tools such as FigJam, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools. What You’ll Get to Work On At Trovex, you won't be limited to designing individual screens. You will have the opportunity to shape the experience of an evolving AI-first SaaS platform, including:

- Manager and leadership enablement products
- Gamification and performance experiences

- New AI-native product experiences Who Will Thrive Here You’ll do well at Trovex if you:
- Are
curious about how products work , not just how they look.
- Enjoy solving ambiguous problems and turning them into simple experiences.
- Have strong visual instincts but are equally passionate about usability.
- Like working closely with engineers and product teams.
- Are comfortable taking ownership rather than waiting for detailed instructions.
- Care deeply about the details — but know when to move fast.
- Want to build products that are used by
thousands of enterprise users .
