UI/UX Designer

• We''re looking for a UI/UX Designer who combines strong visual design skills with a solid understanding of user experience principles.
• You''ll be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centric digital experiences across web and mobile platforms while collaborating closely with clients, product managers, developers, and internal stakeholders.
• The ideal candidate has worked on real client projects, is confident presenting and defending design decisions, and enjoys solving business and user problems through thoughtful design.

What You''ll Do

• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business goals, user needs, and project requirements.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and UX audits where required.
• Define user flows, information architecture, customer journeys, and wireframes.
• Design visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces for websites and mobile applications.
• Create interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
• Develop responsive designs across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Build and maintain design systems, reusable components, and UI guidelines.
• Present design concepts and clearly communicate design rationale to clients and project teams.
• Collaborate closely with developers during implementation to ensure design quality and feasibility.
• Incorporate feedback from clients, users, and stakeholders to continuously improve designs.
• Stay updated with UI/UX trends, best practices, accessibility standards, and emerging design technologies.
• Bachelor''s degree in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience designing digital products for web and mobile platforms.
• Expert proficiency in Figma including Auto Layout.
