Handle traditional job portals like Naukri, Shine, etc.
Use of Social Media and other channels for sourcing like LinkedIn, Github, Stackoverflow,
Facebook, Behance, Dribble, Twitter, etc.
Screen the source resumes to see if it matches to the client s needs
Build talent pipeline & talent mapping
Client relationship
Building rapport with both the clients & candidates
Offer negotiations & Background checks if required
