UI UX Designer/ Product Designer

Role & responsibilities

Transform tedious financial processes (e.g., Loan Applications, KYC/vKYC, Fund Transfers) into intuitive, step-by-step user journeys to reduce drop-off rates.

Contribute to and maintain a strict design system to ensure consistency across various banking products (Savings, Loans, Insurance).

Ensure all designs meet WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) standards and accommodate mandatory regulatory disclaimers/T&Cs without breaking the UX.

Ensure seamless experiences across devices, particularly for mobile banking apps where 70%+ of transactions occur.

Design interfaces that evoke security and reliability.

Mastery of Figma (specifically Auto Layout, Variables, and complex Component sets for forms).

Experience with Sketch or Adobe XD if working with legacy files.

Ability to create high-fidelity prototypes using Protopie or Figma to demonstrate micro-interactions.

Understanding of common patterns like "OTP input," "Biometric Login," and "Stepped Form Wizards.

Skills in designing readable charts, graphs, and tables for financial data.

Understanding the limitations of HTML/CSS/Angular to ensure designs are feasible to build
