Role Description The UI/UX Designer (India) will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web and cloud-based applications that support ERP Logic Israel’s SAP solutions. This full-time remote role includes creating wireframes and mockups, developing interactive prototypes, and delivering polished visual designs that align with product and brand guidelines. The designer will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective user experiences, conduct user research and usability reviews, and iterate on designs based on feedback and data. The role also involves working with front-end developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency, maintaining design systems, and contributing to continuous improvement of UI/UX processes and standards across projects.

Responsibilities

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile products
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Create and maintain design systems and style guides
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data insights

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD)
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work
• Understanding of responsive design and accessibility best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with front-end development (HTML/CSS)
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
• Basic knowledge of user research methodologies
