UI/UX Designer & Graphic Designer

Job Description

• Experience: 1–2 years
• Work Mode: Hybrid
• Location: Hyderabad/Pragathi Nagar, Bachupally
• Tools: Figma (must), Canva, Adobe tools What You Will Do
• Design high-converting landing pages (Figma to dev-ready)
• Create website UI sections (homepages, service pages, funnels)
• Build marketing creatives:
• Social media posts
• Ad creatives (Meta/LinkedIn)
• Pitch decks & sales assets
• Support client projects’ delivery (fast turnaround)
• Maintain design systems & reusable components
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams for faster execution Deliverables:
• Pages shipped/week
• Creatives delivered/day
• Conversion improvements (if applicable) Must-Have Skills
• Strong hands-on in Figma (auto-layout, components, prototyping)
• Fast execution in Canva (bulk content production) Understanding of:
• Landing page structure
• Visual hierarchy
• CTA placement
• Ability to replicate and improve existing designs (very important)
• Portfolio showing:
• Website designs
• Social creatives
• Real client or practical work (not just Dribbble/Behance shots) Good-to-Have
• Basic HTML/CSS understanding (handoff efficiency)
• Experience with Elementor / Webflow / Framer
• Knowledge of conversion design / CRO basics
• AI design tools usage (Midjourney, ElevenLabs, etc.) What We Expect (Execution Culture)

• Ability to work with minimal instructions
