UI UX Designer (AI Native)

AI-First UI/UX Designer (E-Commerce) Location: Gurgaon (On-site) Experience: 2–5 Years About Tech it! Tech it! is an outcome-driven E-Commerce Product & Technology company that helps D2C brands grow through Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), Shopify development, AI, and data-driven product experiences. We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who uses AI to design faster, think better, and deliver high-converting e-commerce experiences—not someone who spends days pushing pixels. What You’ll Do * Design intuitive, conversion-focused experiences for Shopify stores and e-commerce websites. * Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity UI, and scalable design systems in Figma. * Leverage AI tools like Figma AI, Figma MCP Server, Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Relume, Lovable, and v0 to accelerate ideation, design exploration, and production. * Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Shopify Developers to deliver pixel-perfect experiences. * Design multiple concepts to support experimentation and A/B testing. * Continuously improve user journeys using UX best practices, analytics, and CRO principles. What We’re Looking For * 2–5 years of UI/UX experience with a strong portfolio of e-commerce websites (Shopify preferred). * Experience designing Homepages, Collection Pages, Product Pages (PDP), Cart, Checkout, and end-to-end shopping journeys. * Strong understanding of UX, visual hierarchy, typography, responsive design, and design systems. * Hands-on experience with Figma and AI-powered design workflows using tools like Figma AI/MCP, Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Relume, Lovable, or v0. * Ability to design experiences that improve business metrics such as Conversion Rate, AOV, and Revenue. * Comfortable working closely with Product Managers and Shopify Developers in a fast-paced environment. * Curious, outcome-driven, and constantly exploring new AI tools to improve speed and quality.
