Job Summary We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented

UI/UX Designer with 4+ years of experience to craft intuitive, user-centric, and visually engaging digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, and responsive UI design, while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and business teams to gather and analyze user requirements.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability studies to identify user needs and pain points.
• Create user personas, user journeys, user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Design intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems, UI components, and style guides to ensure consistency.
• Conduct usability testing, analyze user feedback, and iterate designs based on insights.
• Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG) and modern UX best practices.
• Stay updated with emerging UI/UX trends, design tools, and industry standards.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX Design.
• Proficiency in

Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch , or similar UI/UX design tools.

• Strong understanding of

User Experience (UX) principles ,

Information Architecture , and

Interaction Design .

• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and interactive designs.
• Expertise in

responsive design and

mobile-first design methodologies.

• Experience designing and maintaining

Design Systems and reusable UI components.

• Knowledge of

Accessibility Standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a user-centric design approach.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Portfolio showcasing end-to-end UI/UX projects for web and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with usability testing tools and design collaboration platforms.
