Job Summary

SevenMentor Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and passionate UI/UX Design Trainer to deliver practical, industry-oriented training and help students develop job-ready UI/UX design skills.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Figma, UI/UX design principles, UX research, prototyping, portfolio development and AI-powered design workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver practical training in UI/UX design and industry-standard tools.
• Teach Figma, including components, Auto Layout, prototyping and design systems.
• Train students in UX research, wireframing, user personas, user journeys and usability testing.
• Explain visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, responsive design and accessibility.
• Provide basic training in HTML, CSS and Bootstrap.
• Introduce AI tools for design ideation, research and prototyping.
• Guide students in live projects, portfolio creation and GitHub portfolio management.
• Support resume preparation, interview preparation and career guidance.
• Conduct assignments, assessments, project reviews and mock interviews.
• Update training content according to current industry trends.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Figma and prototyping.
• Knowledge of UI design principles and UX research methodologies.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and Bootstrap.
• Familiarity with AI-powered UI/UX design tools.
• Experience in project-based learning and portfolio development.
• Excellent communication, presentation and mentoring skills.

Preferred Candidate

• 25 years of relevant UI/UX design or training experience.
• Candidates with experience in training, mentoring or conducting workshops are preferred.
• Professionals with live project experience and a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply.
