Experience Level: 4–7 years of UI/UX or Product Design Consultant experience We’re looking for a serious UI/UX Designer with a strong design brain. We need someone who can step into a live B2B software product, understand the full user journey across mobile and web, identify friction points, challenge weak flows, and help turn complex product experiences into clear, modern, commercially useful interfaces. This role is for a designer with strong taste, sharp product instincts, and the confidence to guide stakeholders through better design decisions.

What you’ll do You’ll review our existing mobile app and web app experiences end to end, assess how users move through the product, and identify where the experience can be simplified, improved, or redesigned. You’ll help us clarify messy workflows, improve interface quality, create stronger visual hierarchy, and make the product feel more intuitive, polished, and valuable for business users. You’ll be expected to explain your thinking clearly, present practical design rationale, and guide the team with confidence — including constructively pushing back when something does not serve the user or the product.

We’re looking for someone who can:

• Review full product journeys, not just isolated screens
• Identify UX friction and turn it into practical design improvements
• Simplify complex B2B workflows into elegant user experiences
• Design strong mobile app and web app interfaces
• Create modern, clean, eye-catching, commercially useful UI
• Bring strong aesthetic judgment and product thinking
• Present design rationale clearly to leadership and stakeholders
• Challenge assumptions professionally and guide better decisions
• Execute with precision, speed, and ownership
