UI React - Senior Engineer
Job Description Experience: 5-8 Years
Location: Noida, UP, India
Mandatory Skills CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript (ES6+), React, React Hooks, React Maps, React Performance Optimization, Redux, TanStack Query (React Query), Jest
Key Responsibilities - Design and develop scalable React enterprise applications aligned with business and engineering goals.
- Define API contracts, service boundaries, and integration strategies for distributed and enterprise-grade systems.
- Define reusable React component architecture and scalable frontend integration strategies.
- Drive implementation of reusable React Hooks and scalable component-driven architecture patterns.
- Own end-to-end delivery of assigned modules including design, development, testing support, and deployment readiness.
- Conduct code reviews ensuring adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and engineering best practices.
- Lead Redux state management implementation across enterprise frontend applications.
- Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines, logging, monitoring, and deployment automation to improve operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot production issues and performance bottlenecks by performing detailed root cause analysis and implementing sustainable fixes.
- Implement TanStack Query (React Query) strategies for optimized asynchronous data handling and caching.
- Demonstrates strong technical ownership in delivering complex development activities with high-quality execution.
- Demonstrates ownership and accountability while delivering high-quality frontend solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders for seamless delivery.
- Drives engineering excellence through code reviews, automation, performance optimization, and defect prevention.
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical and production challenges.
- Mentor junior developers on coding standards, debugging techniques, and engineering best practices.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders on risks and delivery progress.
- Demonstrate adaptability and continuous learning toward evolving technologies and engineering practices.
- Maintains strong attention to detail in architecture, code quality, security, and performance optimization.
- Takes initiative in driving reusable frameworks, automation, and process improvements.
- Balances technical excellence with business priorities by delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
