UI Path Business Analyst

The Business Analyst will serve as an extension of Lennar's Business Analysis and Product Owner teams to support the migration of approximately 40 Blue Prism automations to UiPath. The role is focused on business requirements validation, testing support, exception analysis, stakeholder coordination, and documentation review to ensure migrated automations meet Lennar's business and operational requirements. 1. Requirements Analysis & Clarification

• Review existing process documentation, knowledge transfer materials, and automation workflows.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify requirements, business rules, process flows, and expected outcomes.
• Identify and document gaps, ambiguities, or migration-related impacts where UiPath implementation differs from the existing Blue Prism solution. [Lennar-BA Scope | Word]

2. Process Validation & Business Review

• Validate that migrated UiPath automations align with the intended business process and operational objectives.
• Assess whether changes introduced during migration support business needs and expected process outcomes.
• Provide business-focused feedback and recommendations for issue resolution. [Lennar-BA Scope | Word]

3. Testing & Quality Assurance Support

• Develop and/or review test scenarios, test plans, and validation approaches.
• Execute functional and business process validation testing for migrated automations.
• Document testing results, defects, discrepancies, and remediation recommendations.

4. Data Analysis & Reconciliation

• Perform data validation and reconciliation activities to verify migration outcomes.
• Utilize Excel-based analysis, including VLOOKUPs and large-volume data comparisons, to identify inconsistencies and exceptions.

5. Exception & Defect Management

• Analyze business exceptions, process failures, and automation defects.
• Investigate root causes and coordinate with Lennar, Visionet, and the development team to support resolution.

6. Documentation Review & Maintenance

• Review technical and process documentation prepared by the UiPath development team.
• Verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Lennar documentation standards.

7. Stakeholder Coordination & Reporting

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, development teams, and support teams.
• Facilitate requirement discussions, issue reviews, and migration-related decision making.
• Provide regular status updates, risk identification, action tracking, and readiness reporting.
