Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Software Delivery Engineer ( UI Lead) to lead the design, development, delivery, and support of modern web-based user interface solutions. The role requires strong technical leadership, stakeholder management, and end-to-end software delivery experience. The ideal candidate will drive UI development initiatives, collaborate with product and business stakeholders, mentor development teams, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality solutions aligned to business objectives.
This position demands a hands-on leader with expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks, microservices-based architectures, cloud-integrated solutions, and CI/CD-driven delivery practices.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership

• Lead the UI architecture, design, and development of enterprise-grade web applications.
• Define and enforce UI development standards, best practices, coding guidelines, and design patterns.
• Drive technical decision-making and solution design discussions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to UI developers and engineers.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality and security standards.

Delivery Management

• Own end-to-end delivery of UI solutions from requirements gathering through production deployment.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product Management, UX, Backend Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Operations.
• Identify delivery risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Ensure predictable execution of sprint commitments and release schedules.
• Support production deployments and critical issue resolution.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and leadership teams.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide regular status updates, technical recommendations, and delivery metrics.
• Manage expectations across global teams and business units.

Architecture & Integration

• Design solutions leveraging Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) architecture patterns.
• Integrate UI applications with RESTful APIs and microservices ecosystems.
• Collaborate with backend teams to define service contracts and integration standards.
• Drive adoption of scalable and maintainable frontend architectures.

DevOps & Deployment

• Work closely with DevOps teams to establish CI/CD pipelines.
• Support cloud-based integrations and deployment strategies.
• Manage deployment configurations involving Docker containers and NGINX-based application hosting.
• Ensure application observability, monitoring, and performance optimization.

API & Integration

• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs
• API security concepts

• Experience with Rust Frameworks and Rust-based backend integration.
• Experience in gaming, lottery, fintech, or highly regulated domains.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of experience in software development and delivery.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience leading UI teams and delivering enterprise-scale web applications.
• Proven experience managing stakeholders, driving delivery commitments, and leading technical initiatives.
