Key Responsibilities
Experience Strategy & Design Leadership
- Define overall UX vision and front-end strategy.
- Develop experience frameworks for multiple healthcare personas.
- Drive user-centered design principles.
- Establish design standards and usability guidelines.
Clinical Workflow Experience
- Design provider and clinical decision-making workflows.
- Create experiences supporting clinical intelligence, care management and wellness programs.
- Improve workflow efficiency and user productivity.
Front-End Architecture & Development
- Lead development of modern, scalable and responsive web applications.
- Define front-end architecture and reusable UI patterns.
- Establish performance, accessibility, security and responsiveness standards.
- Integrate APIs and healthcare data services.
Healthcare Interoperability UX
- Design experiences using
FHIR and SMART on FHIR .
- Work with EHR and healthcare application data.
- Integrate clinical decision-support recommendations and alerts.
Design Systems & Accessibility
- Build and maintain enterprise design systems.
- Develop reusable component frameworks.
- Ensure accessibility and inclusive design.
- Maintain consistency across desktop/mobile channels.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor UI/UX designers and front-end engineers.
- Conduct design and code reviews.
- Establish engineering/design best practices. Required Skills

- 3+ years leading UI/UX or Front-End teams
