The Role: We are looking for a highly skilled

UI Developer to build modern, scalable, and high-performance user interfaces for industrial AI and engineering applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, and modern frontend technologies to create intuitive and data-driven user experiences. The role involves collaborating with product, engineering, and design teams to deliver responsive and visually rich applications.

Responsibilities: · Build rich, high-performance, user-centric interfaces with excellent usability and accessibility. · Own complex frontend architecture, component systems, and state/data interaction models. · Translate product and workflow needs into intuitive user journeys and interaction patterns. · Integrate frontend applications with backend services via GraphQL and REST. · Optimize rendering performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility. · Collaborate tightly with full-stack, data, QA, and product teams for end-to-end outcomes. · Contribute to frontend test automation and quality assurance.

Must - Have Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years focused frontend engineering experience.
• Advanced React.js, Next.js, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript skills.
• Strong implementation experience with JWT-based authentication and authorization flows.
• Strong application state management experience (Redux, Zustand, Context API, or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience with charting and visualization libraries such as Highcharts and D3.js.
• Hands-on experience building node/flow-based UI interactions using React Flow.
• Practical experience with Canvas-based rendering and interaction patterns.
• Good understanding of design systems, reusable component architecture, and accessibility standards.
• Strong understanding of API integration patterns (GraphQL/REST).
• Exposure to CI/CD, GitHub Actions, and containerized delivery pipelines.
• Working familiarity with Node.js/Python backend constraints for effective collaboration.
• Strong command of data structures and algorithms

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• GenAI skills (especially UI co-pilot workflows) and Oil & Gas domain understanding.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
