Job Description

We are looking for a target-driven Health Expert (Caller) with strong communication and sales skills to engage with prospective patients, particularly premium/HNI customers, and convert leads into confirmed appointments and clinic visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and follow up with potential patients.
• Convert leads into appointments and clinic visits.
• Engage professionally with premium/HNI customers.
• Manage leads and maintain accurate follow-up records.
• Achieve assigned lead-to-visit conversion and sales targets.

Requirements

• Experience in healthcare, medical, wellness, or a similar industry.
• Hands-on experience in sales calling, lead management, and appointment conversion.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and customer engagement skills.
• Experience working with targets and conversion metrics.
• Experience handling premium clientele is an added advantage.

Who We're Looking For

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Telesales, Lead Management, or Customer Relationship Management.
• Experience with inbound/digital leads and converting them into appointments or site visits will be an advantage.
• Candidates from Real Estate, Senior Living, Hospitality, Healthcare, BFSI, Luxury Retail, or other high-value customer-facing industries are preferred.
• Comfortable interacting with senior customers and their family members.
• Ability to manage a consultative sales process with empathy and professionalism.
