• Manage bancassurance sales through bank branches, focusing on life insurance products.
  
• Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell existing products to increase revenue growth.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including branch managers and customers.
  
• Conduct regular product trainings for bank employees to enhance their knowledge and skills.
  
• Monitor performance metrics, track progress against targets, and provide feedback to improve results.
