About the Role
We are building a next-generation Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) platform and are looking for an
experienced developer who understands cloud communications and real-time communication technologies.
We are specifically looking for candidates who have previously worked on UCaaS, VoIP, Cloud PBX, Contact Center,
WebRTC, SIP, or similar communication platforms.
You will work directly on developing individual modules and features of our UCaaS platform, including development,
integration, testing, debugging, and deployment.
What You Will Work On
Our comprehensive real-time communications platform includes components such as:
Cloud PBX & Business Phone System, WebRTC Softphone, SIP Calling
Inbound & Outbound Calling, IVR & Call Routing, Ring Groups & Call Queues
¢ Call Recording, Voicemail, Call History & CDR, SMS/MMS, Internal Team Chat
¢ Video Meetings, Contact Management, Agent & Extension Management
¢ Predictive / Progressive Dialer, Contact Center Features, CRM Integrations
¢ REST APIs & Webhooks, Reporting & Analytics, AI-powered call transcription & summaries
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for developing assigned modules of the UCaaS platform from requirement gathering all the way
to final production deployment.
Responsibilities include understanding module requirements, designing technical implementations, developing robust
frontend/backend functionality, integrating APIs and external communication services, testing each feature thoroughly,
fixing performance bottlenecks/bugs, and maintaining clean technical documentation.
Each development cycle includes clearly defined milestones where working functionality must be built, tested, and
shipped safely.

Technical Experience We Are Looking For
Communication Tech
SIP, WebRTC, RTP, WebSocket, VoIP, PBX, SIP Trunking, DID, IVR, call queues,
call routing, and real-time streams.
Telephony Platforms
Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, OpenSIPS, or equivalent core telecom
infrastructures.
Backend Stack
Node.js, Python, PHP, Java, Go, or other modern backend framework models.
React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar modular ecosystems.
Frontend Frameworks
Infrastructure/DB
Linux, Docker, Redis, PostgreSQL, MySQL, REST APIs, WebSockets,
Microservices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We value practical, production-proven delivery more than theoretical concepts. We are looking for engineers who have
directly built or contributed to a UCaaS Platform, Cloud PBX, VoIP System, Contact Center, WebRTC Application,
or Telecom SaaS Product.
IMPORTANT: This is not a generic web development position. We specifically seek professionals with a solid
technical baseline or direct hands-on history in real-time communications and telecom/UCaaS software
engineering layers.
