UAE Accounts Executive

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Accounts Executive to join our team in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers, accounts payable and receivable, cash receipts, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets for internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights on financial performance, trends, and forecasts.
• Monitor cash flow, prepare cash flow statements, and manage working capital effectively.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting regulations, tax laws, and financial reporting standards.
• Prepare and submit financial reports, including VAT returns and other statutory requirements.
• Assist with audits, both internal and external, and provide necessary documentation and support.
• Process employee payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Manage employee expense claims, reimbursements, and company credit cards.
• Monitor and control expenses to optimize financial resources.
• Maintain and improve accounting systems, processes, and controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Identify opportunities for automation and implement appropriate financial software/tools.
• Collaborate with the IT team to resolve any technical issues related to financial systems.
