Job Description:

We are hiring a U.S. Tax Manager with strong experience in U.S. federal and state tax compliance, tax return preparation, and review.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review U.S. tax returns (Forms 1040, 1041, 1120, 1120-S and 1065).
• Ensure tax compliance, accuracy, and timely filing.
• Manage and mentor team members.
• Handle complex tax matters and coordinate with U.S. clients and onshore teams.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant U.S. tax experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. tax laws and tax preparation software.
• CPA, EA, CA, or ACCA certification is preferred.
