About this role
- Type and prepare property-related letters, notices, applications, agreements, undertakings, declarations, and other official documents.
- Prepare and format documents based on handwritten notes, drafts, scanned copies, and instructions received from the Property Affairs team.
- Ensure accuracy in names, property details, survey numbers, CTS numbers, addresses, dates, and other important information.
- Make corrections and modifications in documents as instructed by the reporting manager.
- Maintain soft copies and hard copies of property-related documents and correspondence in an organized manner.
- Assist in preparing and updating property-related data, registers, trackers, and MIS reports.
- Enter and maintain data in Excel and other relevant systems accurately.
- Scan, print, photocopy, compile, and arrange documents as required.
- Maintain proper naming and filing of documents for easy retrieval.
- Assist the team in preparing documentation for property owners, tenants, societies, authorities, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality of property documents, agreements, legal papers, and other sensitive information.
- Coordinate with internal departments for document requirements and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned typing and documentation work.
- Perform any other documentation or administrative tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
