Role & Responsibilities

• Teach Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry for Classes 9-12 based on subject specialization.
• Handle both CBSE and Matriculation students, with board-specific preparation wherever required.
• Focus on conceptual understanding, problem-solving, and application-based learning.
• Conduct regular tests, assessments, revision sessions, and doubt-clearing classes.
• Prepare students for school examinations and board examinations.
• Develop worksheets, question papers, practice materials, and assignments.
• Track individual student performance and provide appropriate academic guidance.
• Coordinate with other faculty members to maintain consistency across classes.
• Participate in parent interactions and provide feedback on student progress.
• Maintain a disciplined, positive, and engaging classroom environment.
• Support the institute in developing new academic programs and learning methodologies.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Education, or a relevant field.
• Strong command of the respective subject for Classes 912.
• Familiarity with both CBSE and Tamil Nadu Matriculation curricula is preferred.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and practical manner.
• Strong problem-solving and classroom-management skills.
• Prior teaching/coaching experience is preferred; freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply.
• Ability to handle students with different learning levels.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching and willingness to contribute to the growth of a new institute.
