Turret Punch Press Operator

Role & Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Turret Punch Press Operator for our client in Surat,Bengaluru & for our own division at Vadodara.

• Independently operate the Muratec / Trumpf or Amada Turret Punch Press.
• Perform turret punching operations as per production requirements.
• Set up the machine and select appropriate tooling for the job.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure product quality and accuracy.
• Identify operational issues and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and production standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Must have hands-on experience operating a CNC Turret Punch Press.
• Experience with the Muratec Magnum 5000 machine, Amada EM2510, Trumpf 5000R machines are highly preferred.
• Must be capable of operating the machine independently.
• Knowledge of machine setup, tooling, and turret punching operations is required.
• Relevant ITI, Diploma, or technical qualification is preferred.

Job Details:

• Job Location: Surat / Vadodara / Bengaluru
• Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Salary: 20,000 per month, negotiable for the right candidate
