Roles and Responsibilities

• Operate lathe machines to produce high-quality parts with minimal defects.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of production runs, including material usage and tooling changes.
• Collaborate with other team members to optimize workflow and improve productivity.
• Troubleshoot minor machine malfunctions using basic diagnostic techniques.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-1 year of experience operating lathes or similar machinery (turning experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of drilling machine operations and ability to operate them effectively
