We are hiring an experienced Tubing / Hose Extrusion Operator for our manufacturing facility in Vasai East, Maharashtra.
The candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining a precision tubing extrusion line for manufacturing PU and PA (Polyamide/Nylon) tubing.

Salary: ₹30,000–₹45,000 per month, depending on experience and technical skills.

The candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining a precision tubing extrusion line for manufacturing PU and PA (Polyamide/Nylon) tubing.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate PU and PA/Polyamide precision tubing extrusion lines.
- Set up and adjust extrusion parameters including temperature, screw speed, line speed, cooling, sizing and haul-off.
- Operate and monitor PLC and HMI-controlled extrusion machines.
- Maintain required tube OD, ID, wall thickness and dimensional tolerances.
- Monitor production parameters and identify extrusion defects.
- Troubleshoot issues related to extrusion, cooling, sizing, haul-off and material flow.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance of the extrusion line.
- Carry out basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
- Maintain consistent product quality and minimize material wastage.
- Follow production, quality and safety procedures.
- Hands-on experience in PU, PA/Polyamide, medical tubing, catheter tubing, pneumatic tubing or other precision tubing extrusion.
- Good understanding of tubing extrusion processes and dimensional control.
- Practical experience operating PLC and HMI-based extrusion machines.
- Knowledge of extrusion machine setup, parameter adjustment and troubleshooting.
- Experience with machine maintenance and preventive maintenance.
- Ability to independently identify and resolve common extrusion problems.
- Experience with PU/TPU and PA/Polyamide tubing extrusion.
- Experience manufacturing medical-grade or high-precision tubing.
- Experience with extrusion lines using online sizing, cooling and haul-off systems.
- Experience with multi-layer or tight-tolerance tubing will be an advantage.
