Tubes and Pipes - Leadership

The Opportunity

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and commercially driven leader to build and scale the Tubes & Pipes Business Division. This role carries full P&L ownership and will be responsible for developing the category into a leading growth engine by leveraging digital commerce, channel expansion, strategic partnerships, supply chain excellence, and customer-centric solutions.

The ideal candidate should have deep experience in Steel Tubes, Pipes, Industrial Distribution, Building Materials, Metal Products, Infrastructure Supply Chains, or B2B Marketplace businesses, with a strong track record in scaling revenue-led businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Business & P&L Leadership

• Own complete P&L for Tubes & Pipes business.
• Build and execute long-term growth strategy.
• Drive revenue, gross margins, profitability, and market share.
• Identify new business opportunities and adjacent categories.

Category Growth

• Scale national Tubes & Pipes business through manufacturers, distributors, and channel partners.
• Drive customer acquisition across EPCs, Infrastructure, Industrial Customers, OEMs, Fabricators, and Contractors.
• Create differentiated value propositions through digital marketplace capabilities.

Commercial Excellence

• Establish GTM strategy and channel expansion plans.
• Build large enterprise accounts and strategic partnerships.
• Develop commercial frameworks, pricing strategies, and sales productivity programs.

Team Leadership

• Build and lead high-performing sales, category, channel, and business development teams.
• Drive performance management and leadership development.

Marketplace & Digital Growth

• Improve customer engagement and wallet share.
• Collaborate with technology, product, logistics, and financing teams.
• Leverage analytics to improve business performance and customer experience.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 20+ years of experience.
• Strong P&L management experience.
• Experience in Tubes & Pipes, Steel, Industrial Products, Building Materials, Metals, Infrastructure, Distribution or B2B Marketplace.
• Proven experience scaling a business from growth stage to market leadership.
• Strong understanding of channel sales, enterprise sales, distribution, and supply chain ecosystems.
• Experience leading large teams across multiple geographies.
