About this role
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager - DevOps & Cloud (Azure) to lead DevOps initiatives, cloud platform engineering, and automation efforts on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Azure DevOps, AKS, Docker, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities - Lead and mentor DevOps engineers and drive engineering best practices.
- Design and oversee CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
- Manage cloud-native deployments using AKS and Docker.
- Ensure platform reliability, scalability, security, and performance.
- Implement DevSecOps practices, governance, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with development, architecture, and business teams.
- Drive automation, cloud optimization, and operational excellence.
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Git workflows.
- Hands-on expertise in AKS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Azure services such as App Services, Functions, ACR, Key Vault, API Management, and Storage Accounts.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevSecOps, and cloud security.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Good understanding of .NET applications and microservices architecture.
- Exposure to Azure AI Services, GitHub Copilot, and LLM technologies.
- Team leadership and mentoring experience.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to drive technical decisions and cloud transformation initiatives.
Preferred: Azure Certifications (AZ-104, AZ-400, AZ-305) and experience managing enterprise-scale cloud platforms.
