Hiring: Territory Sales Manager Admixture (Key Accounts & Projects)

Location: Bhubaneswar

We are looking for a result-oriented sales professional to drive concrete admixture sales through key accounts and project-based business. The role will focus on developing strategic customer relationships, securing project approvals, and expanding Berger Paints presence across the construction and infrastructure segments.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive admixture sales by identifying and developing key accounts, project customers, and institutional business.
• Build relationships with builders, developers, infrastructure companies, EPC contractors, ready-mix concrete (RMC) plants, and other project stakeholders.
• Identify upcoming construction projects, generate leads, and convert opportunities into business.
• Coordinate with technical teams for product trials, demonstrations, mix-design support, and customer approvals.
• Secure product approvals and specifications with consultants, project teams, and decision-makers.
• Develop project pipelines, prepare sales forecasts, and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Negotiate commercial terms, manage customer relationships, and ensure timely order conversion.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and emerging project opportunities.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in Civil Engineering is preferred.
• Relevant experience in concrete admixture sales, project sales, or key account management.
• Strong understanding of the construction, infrastructure, and RMC segments.
• Proven track record in developing key accounts and converting project opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
