Responsibilities

• To understand customer requirement and suggesting the product that best suits his requirement.
• To engage closely with customer to design develop solutions to fulfill customer needs by understanding the customer challenges.
• To provide technical design for customer solutions in line with customer requirements.
• To coordinates technical part of bid preparation solution design/architecture, bill of materials.
• To prepare FDS assigned design documents on the basis of tender specifications.
• To co-ordinate with TPVs for commercial technical aspects as required.
• Train the new Engineers.
• Support BDS Team in preparing Tender.
• Designing networking solutions and supporting sales team.
• Meeting prospective customers to understand their existing network.
• To maintain enhance QMS.
