About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Intern to support our digital marketing and business analysis efforts. The role will primarily focus on Meta Ads and Google Ads reporting, campaign performance analysis, dashboard management, and deriving actionable insights to improve marketing efficiency and business outcomes.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, Excel, digital marketing metrics, and problem-solving in a fast-paced performance marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other marketing platforms
• Track and analyze key metrics including:
• ROAS
• CPL
• CPA
• CTR
• Conversion Rate
• CAC
• Revenue contribution
• Monitor campaign performance trends and identify anomalies or opportunities for improvement
• Maintain accurate reporting dashboards and marketing trackers

Data Management & Dashboarding

• Work extensively on Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data organization
• Create pivot tables, charts, lookup formulas, and performance summaries
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have Skills

• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
• Knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
• High attention to detail and structured problem-solving approach
• Good communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
• Familiarity with Meta Ads and Google Ads metrics
• Exposure to performance marketing or analytics projects
