Role Overview:

As a Talent Acquisition lead for the Wealth Management division, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end recruitment strategy to build a high-performing team of wealth professionals. You will work closely with business heads and senior leadership to identify talent gaps, map the competitive landscape, and attract top-tier professionals from the financial services sector. This role is pivotal in scaling the wealth management vertical, ensuring that the organization maintains its competitive edge by onboarding talent that aligns with the firm's growth trajectory and client-centric culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute full-cycle recruitment processes for mid-to-senior level roles within the wealth management domain to ensure the business meets its aggressive hiring targets.

- Partner with senior stakeholders to define hiring requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies that attract high-quality candidates from competing wealth management firms.

- Manage executive search mandates by leveraging professional networks and industry intelligence to identify passive candidates for critical leadership positions.

- Oversee the candidate experience from initial outreach to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and professional transition into the organization.

- Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to provide actionable insights to leadership, optimizing the hiring process and improving time-to-fill and quality-of-hire ratios.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition within the financial services or wealth management sector, with a proven track record of closing complex, senior-level mandates.

- Strong proficiency in executive search methodologies, including headhunting, market mapping, and building long-term relationships with industry professionals.

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and articulate the firm's value proposition to high-caliber talent.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site work environment in Mumbai, managing multiple high-priority hiring requirements simultaneously.

- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in recruitment, preferably within a reputed wealth management institution or a specialized executive search firm.

- A post-graduate degree in Human Resources or a related field from a premier institute is highly preferred.
