Truck / Bus Mechanic (UK/Ireland Visa sponsorship)

• Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on HGVs, trucks, buses, trailers, and other commercial vehicles.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults.
• Inspect, repair, and replace diesel engines, gearboxes, clutches, transmissions, and related components.
• Maintain and repair braking systems, including air brakes, suspension, steering, axles, and wheel assemblies.
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify vehicle faults and determine appropriate repair procedures.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and vehicle safety inspections to ensure vehicles are roadworthy.
• Identify defective components and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
• Maintain accurate service records, inspection reports, and job cards.
• Follow workshop procedures, health and safety regulations, and the correct use of tools and equipment.
• Work independently and collaboratively with other mechanics and workshop supervisors to complete repairs efficiently. Role & responsibilities
