Troubleshooting Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Monitor and troubleshoot Building Management Systems (BMS) and Energy Management Systems (EMS).
• Handle HVAC controls and building automation knowledge.
• Resolve network and connectivity issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Provide customer support and manage escalations.
• Coordinate site activities, conduct preventive maintenance, and generate service reports.

Job Requirements :

• Experience in troubleshooting and monitoring Building Management Systems (BMS), HVAC systems, and other relevant technologies.
• Knowledge of communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and others.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle escalations.
• Familiarity with network and connectivity issues and their resolution.
