Role: Trend Micro L2 Engineer
Experience: 3-5 years

Location: Mumbai

Work Model: Client-site, full-time; business hours/shifts/247

Main Objective

• Monitor and maintain the clients Trend Micro security environment.
• Troubleshoot endpoint/workload security issues.
• Investigate security alerts and coordinate containment/remediation.
• Maintain SLA, ITSM, change-control and documentation requirements.

1. Apex One / Apex Central

2. Cloud One Workload Security

3. Vision One / XDR

Required Skills

• Trend Micro: Apex One, Apex Central, Cloud One Workload Security
• Preferred: Vision One/XDR
• Windows endpoint/server administration
• Basicintermediate Linux
• Malware response, EDR/XDR, IPS, virtual patching
• IOC analysis and threat hunting
• Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, proxy, firewall, ports, TLS
• Log and network troubleshooting
• Strong client communication and documentation
• Ability to work under pressure and follow change/approval processes

Certifications Preferred

• Trend Micro certification/training
• Security+
• CEH
• Microsoft Security
• ITIL Foundation
