Treasury Sales- Retail SME Segment _ Bank

Role & responsibilities

• Lead the advisory and sales for Foreign Exchange (FX), Derivatives, and Risk Management Solutions to SME and retail clients, to deliver customized solutions aligned with their financial goals and requirements.
• Spearhead the sourcing of new clients to offer customized FX solutions in compliance with regulations, while ensuring tailored strategies to meet the specific needs.
• Continuously monitor existing portfolio to track performance metrics across volumes/income to drive FX business growth.
• Contribute to product development initiatives by gathering client feedback, supporting technology adoption.
• Coordinate documentation processes for FX transactions, ensuring timely and accurate completion in collaboration with internal teams and clients.
