Treasury Operations Manager

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day settlement and reporting activities for Treasury operations, including FX, derivatives, Bonds, and TRS. Ensure accurate and timely CCIL reporting and settlement processing in compliance with regulatory standards. Support Global Financial Markets Operations (GFMO) workflows and handle trade lifecycle events. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including front office, product, and risk teams, to resolve operational discrepancies and trade exceptions. Perform daily reconciliations and assist in internal and external audits to mitigate operational risk. Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement and automation initiatives within Central Operations. Ensuring day to day smooth operations of GFM , including settlements, confirmation, trade repository reporting and reconciliation of the accounts. Liaising closely with the stakeholders including the SG Ops team, GFM dealers, Finance, L&C and other ops. Handling various audits (both internal and external) and provide timely data as and when required

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Finance, Banking, or a related field. Prior experience in Treasury operations and Global Financial Markets Operations (GFMO). In-depth knowledge of CCIL reporting and settlement procedures for FX, derivatives, Bonds, and TRS. Strong understanding of corporate banking products, trade operations, and central clearing mechanisms. Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation capabilities. Ability to work collaboratively and perform effectively in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment. Multitasking and ability to work under pressur
