Reporting to : GM Accounts & Finance

Qualification : CA / MBA

Purpose of the Role

To manage the cash and liquidity position, ensure availability of funds for day‑to‑day operations, maintain strong banking relationships, and support borrowing and investment decisions to ensure financial stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily fund requirements, arrange necessary funds, and deploy funds in line with the company's treasury policy
• Manage financial risk through effective strategies, including forex hedging, portfolio monitoring, and adherence to regulatory requirements
• Coordinate on a day‑to‑day basis with banks for all operational banking facilities.
• Review and monitor operational efficiency by optimizing short‑term and long‑term borrowings, including working capital facilities..
• Liaise with credit rating agencies for credit rating processes, ensuring timely renewals and compliance with rating terms and conditions.
• Coordinate with insurance companies to ensure comprehensive insurance coverage and mitigation of potential business risks.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts in coordination with internal stakeholders and analyze variances between forecasted and actual figures.
• Assist in month‑end closing of books of accounts from the treasury perspective.
• Monitor utilization of bank limits and ensure compliance with financial covenants, facility agreements, and RBI guidelines.
• Prepare and submit CMA data for debt raising with banks.
