Job Title: Treasury - Finance

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cash Flow & Working Capital Management

• Manage daily cash flow, liquidity planning, and cash flow forecasting.

• Optimize working capital and monitor short-term funding requirements.

• Support efficient utilization of funds to meet business requirements.

2. Banking Operations & Relationship Management

• Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, loans, Letters of Credit (LCs), and Bank Guarantees (BGs).

• Coordinate with banks for documentation and operational requirements.

• Monitor borrowings and ensure compliance with banking covenants.

3. Forex & Trade Finance Management

• Manage foreign exchange exposures and related treasury activities.

• Coordinate with banks for export-import transactions, documentation, and realization of export proceeds.

• Support trade finance activities including LC/BG management and import-export treasury operations.

4. RBI/FEMA Compliance

• Ensure compliance with RBI and FEMA regulations.

• Handle EDPMS, IDPMS, export-import remittances, and other trade-related forex transactions.

• Coordinate closure of outstanding entries and regulatory reporting requirements.

5. Treasury Reporting & Controls

• Prepare treasury MIS, cash flow reports, and management dashboards.

• Monitor Fixed Deposits and interest income on a regular basis.

• Ensure strong treasury controls, governance, and audit compliance.

6. Financial Closing & Reconciliation

• Ensure timely monthly closure of treasury-related balances, income, and expenses.

• Coordinate with Finance team for treasury accounting, reconciliations, and reporting requirements.

• Effective cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.

• Optimization of working capital and funding requirements.

• Timely management of banking facilities, LCs, BGs, and borrowings.

• Compliance with RBI/FEMA regulations and trade finance requirements.

• Accurate treasury MIS, reporting, and monthly closures.

• Strong banking relationships and treasury governance.

Candidate Profile:

Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance)

Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant treasury experience, preferably in a manufacturing, packaging, or multi-plant organization.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong knowledge of cash management, working capital management, and treasury operations.

• Hands-on experience in forex operations, trade finance, LC/BG management, and corporate funding.

• Exposure to RBI/FEMA compliances, EDPMS, IDPMS, and export-import

transactions.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft D365 ERP.

• Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel.

• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Multi-bank relationship management.

• Working capital monitoring and optimization.

• Import-export treasury operations and trade finance management.

• Daily cash management and banking operations.
