Treasury Executive

Role & responsibilities:

• Opening bank accounts with necessary forms, KYC docs and Board resolutions.

• Enabling Net banking for all accounts

• Managing viewing rights for all the accounts

• Changing signatories as and when required through request letters and board

• Managing the KYC of Demat accounts

• Updating KYC of UBOs, directors and authorized signatories

• Closing banks accounts with relevant Board resolutions.

• Visiting banks for the above to facilitate execution of the above.
