Treasury Business Analyst

Mandatory Skills:

• 6-8 years of experience working with Treasury modules/applications.
• Experience with any Treasury application is acceptable.
• Strong understanding of one or more of the following Treasury products:
  • Money Market
  • Forex / Foreign Exchange
  • Interest Rate Swaps (IRS)
  • Cross Currency Swaps (CCS)
  • Repo / Reverse Repo
  • Bonds
  • Derivatives
• Good hands-on experience in manual testing .
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, defect management, and UAT processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional and testing requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Profile

• Experience working with banking, financial services, or capital markets organizations.
• Knowledge of Treasury Front Office, Middle Office, or Back Office processes.
• Experience in requirement gathering, functional documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.
